    The cool thing about dollfies/BJDs, though, is that you can find one that's cheaper and looks almost the same...and make a character from scratch~

    Meaning, you could get a cheaper one and modify them to look like the character you're going for~.

    Especially if you get a custom face-up (makeup) and commission someone to make the clothes.
    ...Or do it yourself.

    Heck, sewing usually comes easy for cosplayers. 4laugh
