1.when stressed do sum yoga and just chill.
2.always do your homework earlier.(i know it sounds crazy but what happens if u have plans)
3.don't go on all these diets to make you look perfect.just eat healthy and be yourself.
4.always open yourself up to new ideas and make new friends.
5.don't lie everytime you do sumthing bad.a lie can spread around the world while the truth is still putting it's pants on.
6.be nice to everyone around you.treat others the way you want to be treated.
7.don't try to force someone to do something they don't want to.they will end up hating you.
8.if you do something nice don't expect do get something in return.expect to get a thank you instead.
9.try not to keep anger bottled up inside of you.try screaming or hitting a pillow.
10.learn to laugh...even at yourself sometimes.
