Ok, my Flash project is coming along, and it turns out that it's actually due Wednesday, so I'm ahead of schedule. Yay! Now I have some room to ******** up and still have time to fix it!
Testing for taekwondo is Saturday. We haven't practiced our board breaks at all.... I've gotta call Mr. Bassing this afternoon and remind him that we should start that tonight.
As for the company, I've gotta make up our business cards. Which is going to be really boring...even if it does only take about five minutes... I've also got to revise some aspects of the contract, and make up a checklist for web customers so they can get an idea of what they actually want on their sites. After that, I've got to start looking for new customers. I'm hoping to book my hotel for the trip to Orlando by the end of this month, but to do that, I've got to have the cash in my account so I have a decent idea about my cost limit...
Oh, and a warning to everyone who might be reading this who hasn't been to college yet: DON'T TAKE ECONOMICS!!! It's really boring. Really, really boring. And you may get a teacher that actually tries to draw the class out to the full two and a half hours. Yeah, we could probably cover everything that he wants to cover in an hour, maybe an hour and a half, but he's really old-fashioned and thinks he needs to take ample time to cover all the points thoroughly and doesn't get that this generation can ingest massive quantities of information at once and digest it over time so that we know it by the time the test rolls around... GGRRRRRRR!!!! So I'm definitely missing sparring class through the end of April. Which sucks.
Oh well, I've got enough work to keep me busy anyway. Like making money and saving up for a bunch of stuff that I'll need in the not-too-distant future (i.e.: My trip to Orlando for WM24, a car, the insurance for the car, expanding my company, paying off a couple of months of classes for taekwondo, and hopefully an apartment closer to my school and farther from my family...actually, it's mostly just my Grandma...). And while making money for all that, I've also got to find time to keep my grades up....
These are basically my plans through the end of my second year at IRCC (so, end of April, 2009). If I manage to do all that, I'm going to wherever I have to and officially changing my name to Wonder Woman.
