So, due to a request from a friend and someone actually liking my poems (I still sya these suck REAL bad), I will post another one. This on eis called "My Fight."

My fight.

I continue my fight,
Forever doing what I hope is right.
I try to make it clear,
But it seems I have to overcome my fear.

I thought I was doing what was right,
But it seems my intentions were not so bright.
My fear of not being able to cope with you near,
It seems I was wrong to give way to my fear.

I see now that I can not leave,
For it would bring you tears of sorrow,
For that fear I will not return tomorrow,
And that I may disappear,
Never to reappear.

It seems my actions to isolate myself bring you grief,
And it is never brief...
You always try to call me back,
Especially if my soul starts to turn black.

You have brought me to sanity,
And saved me from my own calamity.
I wonder why every time,
Is there a reason why you fight so hard to keep me by your side?

I guess I will never know,
But maybe it is better to let things flow.
But maybe in due time,
You can tell me the true reason why,
And hopefully you will not lie.
