Abstract : The phrase 'New World Order' has, over the last four years, become a much overused and relatively meaningless cliche. Its original intent was to provide a conceptual illustration of a tortured world community scintillatingly close to creating a new international order in the aftermath of the Cold War. This new international order would make possible a world without conflict, pain or hunger, where people of all regions could live in freedom as equals. This concept, and its attendant utopian condition, brings tears of hope from that portion of humanity which has the time to spend thinking on such things. However, in reality, thus far in our international devolution from 40 years of Cold War, we have made little, if any, progress toward realizing a New World Order. In fact, not only have we yet to decide upon what course we should take in pursuit of this new order, we have not even decided that this new order should be. In the interim, conflict, tension and war continue to expand around the globe while the major powers of the world, those with the potential to control global events for the betterment of the world community, continue in their intellectual struggle to determine a role for themselves.

The international community is abuzz with these Unions, like the European Union. The Asian Union, the African Union, The North American Union, just to name a few. The idea is that as more countries meld together under one authority, they become easier to control. The European Union is already in place. The North American Union is well underway right beneath our noses, if Americans cared enough to glance away from their televisions and computers to see what is happening right next to them.

If all these Unions are in place, then how long will it be until even the Unions meld together under a single authority? Should that happen, then this 'New World Order' that you have heard of will be a reality.

So why is that bad? Well, it in theory isn't. Just as Communism in theory is not bad either, but in practice simply doesn't work in it's purest form. The human factor, greed, is the terrifying bb gun shot in the yowling eye of peace. Power corrupts, not a one of you trusts fully anyone you have elected. Well, absolute corrupts absolutely. History, most every version of it too, proves that irrefutably.

When one body controls all, eventually a shadow will fall. Even were this Order for the betterment of humanity, it cannot go uncorrupted.

So be wary of these Unions and of people that endorse them. For when all stand in the same mall, all the clothes will be exactly the same. Such an dynamic world has no place for individuality.

The individual is by far more important that the society. Because society is a group of individuals.
Busy, changing, evolving, challenging individuals.

What is peace worth if every day is the same? If people stop painting. If people stop singing. What will a world without conflict or famine be worth?

So be absolutely insane, and do what ever the hell you want to do. Don't let any force stop you.

Think outside of the box you are given. And if you are given a box, wonder why you given that particular box. Why does Wal-mart have so many cheery, happy commercials with emphasis on strengthening communities and workers being cheerful and happy? Because Wal-mart rips apart communities and overworks it's employees. But Wal-mart knows that. Wal-mart knows that only a huge number of people could weaken them. So Walmart makes happy commercials to make the naive unquestioning public think that Wal-mart is up to HAPPY BUSINESS! With lots of smiley face s of course.

So remember, DON'T DRINK THE PINK LEMONADE!! There are no pink lemons!!
