I have a problem. I know what I want, but I don't know where I would find such a program (if one exists). That's why I turn to you, the people.

This is what I envision such a program does.

I need something where I can make multiple, separate, dated entries (which vary from a sentence to a few paragraphs in length) that will each be tagged with multiple customizable terms, and the program needs to be able to search these terms and come up with all the entries tagged with that term (preferably in dated order, but that's not necessary) so I can browse through them at leisure.

I don't mind if I have to pay for such a thing as long as it's not too expensive, but free would certainly be nice.

Know of such a thing? Please PM me, don't post it in the comments here where I might not see it.
