so empty,
so cold.
Why must you torment me?
Does it make you happy?
Your joy hidden,
enslaved by the darkness.
My dreams,
so happy,
so unreal.
Why do you remind me of loves lost?
Are you happiest when I'm sad?
My joy dissolved,
crushed by your love for another.
My body,
so numb,
so scarred.
Do these cuts not scream at you?
Are you immune to the emotions the reflect?
Our joy never found,
never given the chance to live.
So useless,
so sad,
for you are not a part of me.
