i just dont know how i can clean it.
only option is to use ereaser (that i know of)
but that takes ages gonk

You need to adjust the levels. 3nodding That is.... Image > Adjustments > Levels.
You can experiment with the sliders. Dragging the left one to the right will make the dark darker, and dragging the right one to the left will make the bright parts brighter, cleaning up scanning and sketching debris.
Also nifty are the little eyedropper tools on the Levels window: if you click the rightmost (white) one and then into the white part of your image, it will set that tone as white. This is useful if your scan turns out a bit shady all over.
