I am happy to announce that every thing is do to start as planed finally. January third the trial will start after being pushed back so many times. I just got the call the other day from my victims rights advocate to tell me of such and to set up a taxi for me to get to the trial. I do hope they will take me to work if need be as well at the end of the court day. I do also hope that it dose not take to long for it all to finish either...

Vivid scene's play out as film
And a warmth comes forward
Personality busting from the seams
As though inspiring activity
Creating actions about it
