2 of 4... whats next??

Another day in the court house this morning, that gives me the info that one more of the four people who attacked me will be going to trial. So the count is up... two have put their signatures on plea agreements. They will be sentenced on Friday the 18th(thats right this Friday). and the other two will be starting their trials on September 17... Friday I will be making another appearance at the court house and, I will be making a statement before the court. Unless they ask for a continuance in the matter and that just dose not make any sense to me. They would just be delaying the inevitable. So... If any one would like to come out on the 18th this Friday get a hold of me and we'll see where all of this is going to... And I must give a thank you to every one who has helped me out this past year. Who knows where I would be with out all of you(besides a tight downward spiral). I would not be in such good spirits with out all of my family and friends, and I thank all of you for every thing you've done.

And one more thing... I hope you all enjoy the new poem...


Observance of the simple things
To see the real world ahead
Grasping for a grater understanding
Settling a confusion upon us
Living is the key to our comprehension
Experience the only great teacher
To walk about
See it all first hand
Born to a gutter gives fortitude
Regal births the silver spoon
Tables turn no matter your inheritance
Any one can sore for the stars
Find new life with the right mind
Or plummet to the drain in one folly
Sinking as they never knew they could
Each lesson learned is priceless
Just keep from being consumed
Have your head about
To get you from the clouds
Survival your only real instinct
Is easier to accomplish then you know
