What is really going on??

I have been working to much. It's really strange I have never felt like that. I have been working since I was about 14 or 15 years old, and I'm only 23 now. I guess I really am still recovering from my attack.
I've been so tired and I really should not be. It bothers me so much that every time I jump on the bus I'm constantly fighting sleep. In fact if I'm just sitting for to long any place my eye lids start falling, and on some days I start even falling asleep of my feet.
I wish I could do all the same stuff I used to do. I have not been able to think clearly or any thing at all. The key I guess is to just keep pushing my self. It will be the only way to get back up to par, and hopefully I'll be back to normal and better soon. Then I'll have tons of new good stuff for every one to read. I'll try to right one for you all now. I hope you enjoy it...

Eluding a world that lies to me
And failing in all attempts to
It might show me what may be
Or drop to the murky depths
Waking to a nonexistent world
Fear of wake less weeks go on
To never truly rise to reality as is
Never truly a wake or sleeping
Mind seeming void of any thoughts
Time escaping me at every turn
Lost attempts to return to the living
World a blur appearing seem less
The black outs of vision less nights
Days restless and weary eyed
Events seeming as odd as any dreams
Lost in objective rather then idea
Thoughts sinking to fathomless waters
Unattainable but through struggle
Fighting for every memory lost to me
Struggling to recall fallen thought
Wishing for days to pass through a wall
And rest full nights of dreams to come
