Is it sad it took me about three (make that four... I was tired --.--) tries to get 'aisle' spelled right? ^.^;; Well anyway, there are some pre-requisites to reading the rest of this entry ninja

1) Gotta have internet... A computer and a monitor o.o and most likely a keyboard and mouse...

2) You must be a girl, 'cuz it's just one of those things

Now that we've got that down, the rest will be in white (just so those of you who don't fit those qualifications won't be as tempted <.< >.> *shakes a finger at them* You must resist!)

All girls with internet and a fully set up computer? Good ^.^ (btw, if something's messed up, it's 'cuz I came back and edited out a couple comments I thought were a bit too mushy to exist outside my head ^.^; even if it's only girls reading this one)

Okay, like the title says, I need a reality check <.<; Zen and I touched upon the subject of meeting this summer... And umm, well... I've been putting a bit of thought into it ^.^; Plan first, problems later?

Dad promised Cat she could go see Swat fairly soon. (he lives in a way far away state.. btw, they've been together for nearly a year and three months and are the best couple ever!! *is rooting for them to go to college together and get married* -^.^- ) Anyway, the current plan is for them to meet for two short burst in his state (where I'd be going with her as an escort) then bring him back here for like a week to meet Dad and stuff.

So that last part is what I'm working off... And actually, Dad himself was the one to suggest this o.o though it was in passing right in the middle of one of his grand plans that almost never turn out. ^.^;; But anyway, the idea is that while Swat is here, the three of us (Cat, Swat and me) take a car trip down to Zen's city... (it's like 40 miles or something... Yahoo maps says it's a 59 min. trip) That way I've not only got an escort, but protection! *laughs* Ya know, in case he's not who he says he is. A slight adaptation would be for the whole group to meet at a concert or something... But there's the general idea.

M'kay, now the flaws... First off, it's not for sure and certain that Swat will get to come up here, second this all hinges on Dad's approval o.o If he says no, I gotta respect that and wait. Next, I'm not exactly sure I want him to see me yet ^.^;; I mean, every girl wants to knock the socks off her guy and I'm not sure I could even budge them just yet. On the other hand, if that's all he cared about, he wouldn't be worth it anyway... And I trust he's not like that.

There are bound to be things on his end too, and what the heck would we do if and when we got there? o.o; And... then there's the unanswerable question - is it too early? --.-- It's approaching three months we've been together, which seems like forever and yet at the exact same time seems like just three grains of sand in the hour glass... I guess the thing I have to remember is that there's always tomorrow... We don't -have- to meet this summer, there's next summer, or spring break or heck, even some random weekend! Sooo... then the question is whether I should bring up 'the plan' <.< >.> I hate to get his hopes up, incase the thing with Swat coming doesn't work out... So maybe I'll wait a little bit and just see.

Oh.. Before I stop writing in white, while I was thinking about this whole thing, I slowly but surely drew (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v243/wondering_lady_of_here/Sketches/wishful-thinking.jpg)&-- that -^.^-; *feels like a bit of a dork for having drawn that* Honestly it started out as just me with bunny ears.. and slowly morphed into what was on my mind at the time *giggles sheepishly* But hey, at least it looks pretty good. Oh yeah! And the "You will be" thing is from a fortune cookie I got the other day, just thought it fit
