we had to do
30-20-10's then line drills which are mad easy then 150 cherry pickers then 60-60-60-60-50-50-50-50-40-40-40-40-30-30-30-30-20-20-20-20-10-10-10-10 then broomsticks
ITS HELL
for most of u.. u prolly don't know what any of those are........ lucky u.
30-20-10's are when u do
jumping jacks
pushups
squats
tredmills (mountain climbers)
then high knees
u do all of those for 30 seconds then again in order for 20 seconds then again for 10 seconds
line drills are just a bunch of easy form drills
150 cherry pickers
- u extend ur arms then u touch ur shoulders the count goes like this
1,2,3 1
2,1,2,3
3, 1, 2,3
and so on till u reach 150
60-60-60-60-50-50-50-50-40-40-40-40-30-30-30-30-20-20-20-20-10-10-10-10
u do
jumping jacks
then high knees
for 60 seconds, then again for 60 seconds, then again for 60 seconds, then again for 60 seconds, then again for 50 seconds, then again for 50 seconds, then again for 50 seconds, then again for 50 seconds and so on until u reach the last 10 seconds
broomsticks
u do a squat and hold it for 10 seconds then rest for 50 seconds, then go down for 20 seconds then rest for 40 seconds, then go down for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds, then go down for 40 seconds then rest for 20 seconds, then go down for 50 seconds then rest for 10 seconds, then go down for a minute
