At gymnastics this morning, Alice and I wanted to do commando crawling instead of running aroung to warm up. xd I just threw myself onto the floor and slid along on me belly for a while, and then zoomed off. I am rather speedy at commando crawling cool

Then our coach...whasshername.....said "Line up behind kim and then you can each in turn chose a method of....moving....around the floor" or something to that effect. So I did commando crawling, of course. I lapped everyone cool

Then Alice chose to do spiders, I forgot they even existed. You have to keep your legs and arms straight and put your hands and feet on the floor, and have your legs apart
heh, lol "spread yer legs!" xd It's a private joke.....
ANyway....spiders. You 'tick-tock' your legs, keeping them straight as always. It looks so bloody retarded.

THEN we were doing some crazy thing on vault. We had to do 'dive rolls', and weren't quite sure how to go about this on the vault.
Eventually, I piled up 4 crash mats, pulled the spring board out over 2 meters then juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuumpped, flew even, though the air.
It was so fun!!! biggrin So I just did that for a while.

I ******** up my spazzy leg too, it hurts crying AND somethings happend to the lovely knee....but what?
