I started catching up on Bleach and Naruto. Naruto I wasn't that far behind, so I caught up pretty quick. I'm on 128 in bleach. I'm not sure how much is left, but whatever. The point is, it re-inspired a career change.

Skip surgery. I get a high just drawing.

We all get this feeling like we're destined for something more. When we walk down the street alone, we imagine a group of people showing up, and we have to fight them. We imagine risking our lives. That some portal takes us to the time of sword and magic. Without fail, I have found people for which this is true. When I watch Anime, and even more so when I draw out my stories, I feel like I'm part of the story. I feel like I am risking my life. I get a high that can't be gotten any other way. So, from now on, I'm a manga-ka. 100%. All the way. No other jobs. I want to get my stories out there. I want to feel that all day every day. Live for the time when I can sit down and do battle through someone else. Vicariously live that life I feel I am destined to live.

That's why I wanted to be a manga-ka. That's why I want to be a manga-ka.
