I was meditating you know the other day...and I got to the part where I realized that we are all one...
And then I felt something in the palm of my hand...
i looked and i saw a misquito...
and as I sat there....I thought about what I just learned about us all being connected....
but then I just killed it and started meditating again.... biggrin
