*Sigh* I be very sad. Today was the District Band Competition over at Kingsville. I think it was like, a two hour drive from here. At any rate, it was a long and incredibly boring one...
I was only one rank off from making District band this year--17 out of 19--which means I don't advance to Regionals. Good news, though, too! Out of the 19 I was the only freshman flute; the rest were all juniours and seniors. That means I beat out 2 upperclassmen!
Other than that, not much else happened. It's been a very boring day...
