Below the cloak are skintight, spec-ops gear and several bandoliers carrying supplies, soldier pills, etc. Two short swords hang from his waist, on opposite sides. He fingers them constantly when standing still, as if to assure himself they are still there.
It is highly recommended that you purchase more than the basic profile, as it doesn't include much.
