Ororo straightened and placed a hand on her back. Arranging things around the room had been one task she wished not to do for a while. Esprcially in her condition. Today was going to be a class discussion in her science class, she had already set the desks the way she had wanted them, each student would do a presentation of a certain subject and the class would give their opinions about the topic in a political manner.
She looked down at her stomach and rubbed it, she smiled lightly and leaned against her desk. A lot of thoughts had been going through her head as of late. The main one being would she be able to deliver naturally or not, she hoped it would be natural she had already had enough of sharp things cutting into her skin. She shook her head at the memory of when her parents were dieing in front of her.
"Please watch over us." She whispered lightly and patted her belly.
She looked up when her students started coming in and greeted them. The students looked around the room and then looked at her for answers.
"Sit anywhere you'd like, we're going to have a class discussion on the topics you've been working on in class." She watched as the students sat down and she explained more in depth about what was going to happen. She sat down behind her desk and let the students conduct their presentations and discuss the subjects.
The bell to go to next class rang and she dismissed her class and watched as they left. She smiled a bit when her son entered and walked over to her kissed her cheek.
She leaned back against her chair and looked up at him. "Hello Remen." She pushed his hair back from his face.
"How dey doing?" He placed a hand on her rounded stomach and smiled lightly.
"They are fine, how's Adrian doing with her teacher?" Storm asked knowing the small child wouldn't take to well to someone new. Scott had suggested that Storm get a teacher instead of having Remen teach her.
Remen looked away and frowned. "She's afraid of him...And by afraid i mean terrified, She resists him and spends hours crying in my arms, I don't want to see her like this. I hear her screams, her calling out to us, its hurts so bad." He wrapped his arms around his mother as she stood up and embraced him.
"I knew getting a teacher for her was a bad idea, ever since she lost her eyesight everything has just become more hectic for her." Storm gently rubbed her son's back. She looked up at her door and at the small child standing there. She had Storm's hair color and tan skin, her black eyes we're a clouded grey.
"Adrian...." Storm said softly and left Remen and walked over to the small child and bent down to her level. She let Adrian feel around on her body and noted the child's curiousity as she touched her belly. She took Adrian's hand and spelled the word babies. Adrian smiled and hugged her mother and clung to her.
Ororo smiled and gasped and brought a hand to her stomach and moaned.
"Mother." Remen said going over to her and placing a hand on her belly. He gasped and smiled at her.
Storm looked up at her son smiling weakly. She hadn't realized how tired she was, for that matter she hadn't really realized how much stress had been put on her body as of late.
"They kicked." She chuckled a bit and stood up and swayed a bit. Remen helped steady her and looked at her worriedly.
"I'm alright." She said softly and took a few steps before she collasped and was caught by Remen.
"Mom hey wake up. Come on wake up." He shook her lightly. "Wake...up...Damnit wake up." He held her close to his body and cried lightly.
"Remen what's all the noise....Ro!" He ran over to the white haired Goddess and picked her up. "I'll take her to the infirmry look after halfpint there." He gestured to Adrian who had moved over to a corner in the room.
Remen nodded lightly and went over and picked up adrian while Logan took Ororo to the infirmry. Remen went down to the infirmry about half an hour later and looked in on his mother and saw her awake and sitting up in bed. Adrian made a small worried noise and Remen tapped her nose lightly letting her know that it would be alright.
Adrian smiled and took his hand and spelled his name in his palm. Remen placed her hand on his cheek and nodded. He tapped on the glass lightly noticing she hadn't looked his way. He tapped on the glass again and frowned.
"Don't worry Remen she's alright." Beast said walking up to them. Adrian pressed her head in the crook of his neck. He tapped her nose lightly again and she smiled at him.
"What's wrong with her?" He asked looking to beast.
"She hasn't been getting enough sleep as of late and her stress levels are off the charts, I'm sure she has yet to get over the rape incident, seeing as how it happened twice. She's just spaced out i guess you can say."Beast lightly put a hand on Remen's shoulder and opened the door to Storms room.
"Hmm...Oh Remen i'm sorry i didn't hear you. You even brought Adrian." She smiled and took Adrian when the child was handed to her.
Remen sat down next to her. "You gonna be alright?" He asked her.
"I'll be alright." She smiled down at Adrian who was rubbing her belly. Adrian squealed happily when the babies kicked. Remen and Ororo chuckled, as ororo hugged her daughter close to her.
Storm took Adrian's hand and spelled the words silly girl. Adrian smiled and snuggled close to her mother.
