Oh wait... I got a job working at the checkouts at my local Tesco Extra.
And I was offered a fully funded [PPARC] D.Phil in the CDF group in Oxford's Particle Physics sub-department, but I had already agreed to join UCL's HEP group (which would probably be a CDF or ATLAS thesis). That was a few months ago, though.
ATLAS or CDF... ATLAS or CDF. Hmm, CDF... I would prefer a year in Chicago, rather than in Geneva.
