Ha! I feel reaaal smart right about now.. Remember the little dilemma about how much gold Dragon gave me back for all that stuff? Well, apparently sleepiness affects my grip on problem solving >.< Yeah.. Turns out he sold it for 33,000g, took 3k of it and sent me the rest ^.^; Which is 300g less then he technically should'a but no where close to the oddball way I figured it last night whee Anyway, giftboxes and blue giftboxes (Whoo! Thank you for the names ^.^; ) go for like 18.5k each!! @.@ Who in the world would pay that much for one of those things? o.O And as near as I can figure, he sold each trunk for like 5k... I always thought they were like 1-2k at most.
Right, so today I saw Cinderella Man ^.^ It was adorable, but very... very loud o.o at least the fighting parts were. *laughs* Dad leaned over a couple times and explained how much being punched like that hurts whee I for one was already balled up and wincing every time somebody got hurt just from looking at it sweatdrop I'd really hate to know first hand how that feels @.@ Professional boxing.. is not good, lots and lots of lost brain cells in that sport <.<; The guys story is so sad though! The Great Depression was a horrible time to live though v.v but it sure did spawn a lot of survival stories to inspire the rest of us.
The pics are gonna have to wait another day... Sorry! Cat and I were watching Castle in the Sky and Ghost in a Shell (both anime we got off netflix) most the day that wasn't devoted to cleaning, cooking, eating or talking with Dad. ^.^; I'll get 'em scanned soon though *nod nod*
