omg i had SO much fun 3nodding ........even though it rained for like....3 days out of the six.

day one

got there at about 3 and went on a walk to the amphatheatre for the "spirit of yosemite" video, and we just unpacked and ate dinner and slept. some first day....cuz we were freezing cold and soaked by the time we got back crying

day two
lets see, hmmm. we hiked for about 5 miles. we went on a trail filled with horse poo(how does it get there? the trail is way too rugged, and oh yea, the poo is on every hike) we ate our lunch in the rain, we went to mirror lake, which was just a pile of sand at the time. we climed some boulders, learned about rock falls/slides, affemralls (is that how you spell it?) and played some games. we went back, took a shower, hung our soaked stuff on the rafters on the ceilings so they would dry and then went to dinner. we then had a night video in the amphatheatre again about mountian climbing.

day three
we hiked to the top of Vernal Falls, which is over 1000 feet above sea level. man that was a pain. we were soaked for like 5 hours, each step was about 2 feet high (there were steps....) and i wore 3 pairs of socks, which didnt help...this girl kept complaining and crying, and this boy cried too, but he had a reason. he couldnt breath. i felt so bad for him, but the top was totally kool. took the worst shower that day, my stuff was all wet, and blahblahblah. the only good thing was staying dry, and the night presentation about bears. it was so funny^^ lotsa funny things happened, but too many so i wont talk about all of it

day four
we went to the indian museum for a little bit. then stayed to listen to a native american talk about her indian-ness, and then found out it started to snow!!!! so we went outside to play a special kind of red-light green-light game, and then had a snowball fight with another school. one of our "betrayed" friends was there, so me and aznkrnme threw snowballs at her, and i got the perfect hit. a giant snowball hit her right in the shoulder and exploded into a billion pieces. totally perfect hit. at night, we had to watch a stupid slide show.
while we were in the cabin, we found out our cabin could talk to the cabin connected on the other side by the wall. so we were talking for a while, and they knocked the mario theme. xd

day five
no more snow unfortunately. we went into the indian cave and crawled around. the cave was a lot different than i expected. way more cramped, and small. my friends and me found some new tunnels in the cave too. it was hard to get in and out though, cuz the openings were tiny. we had a campfire at night and learned some campfire songs^^ i bought a Yosemite sweater, a rock thingy for my mom and a statue thingy for my dad

day six
today was the last day. in the morning we made fun of three group names. the BURNING MOOSE, HISSING COBRAS, and the BEAR CLAWS. the burning moose song went like this :

so instead we replaced some words....so our version was like this :

<center> the moose, the moose, the moose got run over SPLAT. we dont need no moose let the moose SPLAT moose SPLAT moose SPLAT. when i say moose, you say splat moose SPALT moose SPLAT moose SPAT</center>

hehehhe

ok for hissing cobras "hisssss" we did pissing cobras..."pisssssssss"

and for bear claws ROAR we did breakfast bars, ROAR, for breakfast!!!

hahaha that was so funny. people were boo-ing, but oh well biggrin

we went "rock scrambling" which is just climbing rocks. loads of fun too. then ate lunch in a beautiful meadow, surrounded by mountians and yosemite falls as well as lots of trees. we went back to our cabins and ran around with my alarm clock which played this chinese workout song for little kids. all of the people came out and started dancing to it, and sang the song. there was even a small congo line domokun went home on the bus,(everyone was singing the alarm clock song...) the ride took 7-8 hours cuz of traffic. but eventually got home

EDIT : oh yea, we also found...some...underwear...and uh....the cabin next to us(guys) took it and tossed in our room!!! YUK!! so for a whole day...we tossed it back and forth...and hung it on their doorknobs n stuff. we were actually gonna take some floss and tie it onto their screen window...but we didnt wanna get in trouble..so we didnt
