It is. It doesn't feel as sore as it has been but I still have to be careful when try to lift with it.
At first I was going to try to update this daily, but it seem sometimes I just have the time or anything to say.
I try to balence the time I spend in Hino Recca and Recca Hino and that means on some days I won't use one or the other.
