last night i went to the Miami City Ballet, opening season night for the showing of Jewels, and had a grand time. we got to sit in the first tier, both five, the view of the stage was spectacular. The plus side is that me and my dad got to criticize what the audience was wearing! some of these people had no fashion sense at ALL, the costumes for the dancers could have been better for Emerald jewels, the Emeralds' skirts did not flatter the movements and were an awful shade of light green. the back drops were beautiful and the grand-finally would blow you off your chair, a wonderful night.
