Had to plough through a metric ******** of reports this morning - thirteen hours of backlogged reports, including two troll invasions, which took me about two and a half hours of solid work to get through. xp

Unfortunately, the stack of dequeued (resolved) reports totally overfilled my PM inbox, pushing all the PMs I'd been saving to respond to later off the bottom. gonk So, if you've sent me a PM in the last day or two and are awaiting a response, please re-send it and I'll get back to you ASAP. sweatdrop
