The story of my horrible project.


.........................................I've been studing government and famous philosophers, and I cam up upon a philosopher who I really despised. He went by the name Thomas Hobbes, and I have to day that he is such an a**. He believes that all people are naturally wicked and they cannot be able to rule themselves. and I have o say he has had the worst ideas for government. He believed in an absolute monarchy. The worst part was I was assigned him as part of my school poject, and I had to convince a bunch of judges that his form of government was the best form of government, and pretending to be someone I hate is really horrible......So in the class when I was Thomas Hobbes.....I always hated myself. So I thought if I going to pretend to be someone I hate I better win the small competition with the judges and a get a really good amount of extra credit added to my grade. So when I first had to recite my speech to the teacher she said that I was really good and that I have a really good chance of winning. The big day came up were I had to say my speech. I said my speech in front of all the judges and the class trying to convince them that an absolute monarchy was the best form of government. I said it as confdently as I possible could, and me and my partner thought that I did a really good speech. So then it was time to reveal the winner of the small class competition.............The judges said the Aristotle was the best and the people on that group got the extra credit.......I felt dissaponted because not only did I work hard on my speech, but I had to pretend to like all the things that Thomas Hobbed blieved.........I really really REALLY REALLY hate his beliefs.......and that is the story of how I got a really horrible project.
