Continuation:
he was lecturing on the Reconstruction. Two totally different things, no? Well...just now, I realized they are both related to broken things...that are trying to get patched up again...although its not done, there will be a 'what's comin' typpa thing in the end blaugh

那時的美好輿煩惱
都不見了 [liao3]
但偏偏在那黑暗暗的夜裡 [3-some taking a moonlight walk, girl w/ lab., guy w/ his gf]
你著看我, 我看你旁邊的女孩 [camera zoom to holding hands]
我們之間
點點滴滴全浮現了*

KK. Here's the story:
A girl and a guy are happy and all...yadda yaddda yadda.
Then, the guy has to go abroad because his family moved to a huge company mabob, and yah. A few years later, the girl receives info (since he's a nabob now, he and his mummy and papa are all over the news) that he's back. She has put him and their memories in the back of her head, but now..he's back.
She is panged, but then goes on with her life.
3 days later, she is walking her dog in the moonlight. As they begin to go back home, her dog yanks her towards the guy (he and the dog were quite close) She stumbles in and the dog starts barking. The guy and a [unknown] girl face her and the dog. The man is overjoyed to see his buddy. The dog and he have a mini reunion while the ladies have a stare down. The dude sees and walks over to the new lady. He puts one hand on her shoulder and with the other, grabs hold of her free hand. Our heroine sees the matching engagement rings. She politely excuses herself, while neglecting her dog [he was let off the leash by the man].
She runs back to her apartment crying, coat billowing in the wind.
The man lets go of his fiancee and runs after his ex.
He tries calling her, but she changed her #.
He runs to her old home, just to find it abandoned.
He then runs to the place that used to be their favorite place to go on a date; the local noodle & soup shop. [which is, coincidentally VERY near her apartment]
He sits down at an empty table, and sighs; puts his head down, and lets out a big sob. The boss, being old [like grandpa old] can feel what's happening. He shakes the boy [to him] up and points at the girl's apartment, which she just ran into.
Slightly fazed, he stands up. The boss gives him a few words of encouragement, but he can't hear them. He runs up to the floor that just lighted up. He bangs on the door and is met with a 'go away'. He persists. Giving up, she opens the door. She didn't expect him. Then...she breaks. She slumps to the floor, and pours out her heart. He kneels down with her and stays with her till the light of day. Scrunched up together in a ball of warmth, happiness, and sadness.
