Last night, when Kaz finally got everything downloaded and installed, RO wouldn't work for him. It wouldn't let him on. x.x So he posted on the forum asking for help and one of the GMs was trying to help him, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. He got kicked off of AIM for a bit too and ended up calling me so I talked to him on the phone a bit. Anyway, he finally tried installing the stuff again and it worked. Thank goodness. We were afraid he would have to download the stuff all over again, and the downloads for this are huge and take forever. Downloading them is not fun. So, I had to wait for him to get from his town to my town since we started in different places, but at least Taco started in the same town as me, so we hung around together until Kaz could get over here to us. We ended up staying up late. Nebby actually went to bed before me and Kaz kept me up like an hour after that, until I told him I was really tired. I don't want him to get hooked on this game like we did before when we used to play it, and like how Kaz did with Flyff for a while. I don't want my life to be a computer game. Well I really don't have to worry too much about myself, because I can get off when I want, but it's Kaz I gotta worry about, because he gets sucked into these things really easily. Hopefully he'll get off whenever I decide to get off, especially since it's supposed to be for RPing, not so much for playing, and you can't RP by yourself. Anyway, today, Kaz did his room on Rumble Fighter for people on Gaia to play against each other, but I didn't get to get on because I had to take that weekly test online and today is the last day to do it. x.x And by the time I finished it, the room had already died or something. Apparently not that many people came. After that me and Nebby went with my parents to lunch, and then to Waterford. We went in Best Buy while my parents were looking in other places, and then we went to Party City, like we usually do. XD And since it's near Halloween, they had all the costumes and stuff out. I'm still not sure what to do about Halloween. I didn't buy anything while I was there because I don't know if I'm going to be able to do anything or not with that class right there in the middle of it all. x.x I still don't know if I'll be able to skip it or even if it will be worth skipping it. So yeah. It's kind of depressing seeing everyone else buying costumes and decorations and stuff and not knowing if I'm going to be able to do anything. I just don't want to put any money or effort into anything if I don't know for sure. But I don't like running around trying to do stuff at the last minute either because then it won't end up getting done and I'll have no costume or anything even if I do decide not to go to that class or whatever. It's just so annoying. Anyway, after that we came back home, and messed around on the computer some more. I got on RO with Kaz shortly until my mom wanted to go somewhere to meet her friend and we needed to take Nebby home. And Kaz's parents wanted to go eat too. So we all got off. We dropped Nebby off at her house again. Oh and I went and looked at the kittens again real quick, they are just too cute. Then we went to the bookstore where my mom was meeting Bobby's mom to discuss music teacher stuff again. I brought my computer with me but there were no plugs to plug it in. They really suck, having wireless but not letting you plug your computer in. So it was like maybe thirty minutes that I got to be online before my battery died. My battery is a piece of s**t. All my computer batteries get this way after a while. Where they just don't last as long. I've noticed it go downhill since I started using my computer in government class. Everyday it seems to last a bit less time. x.x And it was right after Kaz got back that it died too. Luckily my mom said we were leaving soon. I was going to go around looking for a plug but didn't bother since we were leaving soon. Soon took a while though, I really thought my mom wouldn't ever get out of there. They kept talking as they packed all their stuff away, talked on their way out the door, my mom had to buy something too. Bobby had been complaining about being bored too, but at least he had brought his DS. Anyway, I got back on and online to talk to Kaz and play RO a bit more.
