[Introduction By The Author] Greetings reader. Today you will embark on a journey through the world of a particular Shinobi named Gin Ashi, Silver Foot. It will be emotionally damaging, so make sure you are ready for what lies ahead. With that being all said and done, Shingeki Zenpou (Go Forward)
[Chapter 0 - Prologue]
I’m not going to die because I failed as someone else. I’m going to succeed as myself.
In a small forest, far, far away from any village, lay a small boy, about 14 or 15, with silver hair and eyes. He was sleeping, for he had been training hard that day, finally going on his first mission. However, the real question was, why was he out there in the middle of a forest?
It all began 2 months prior to this setting, when he was a normal boy, with regular hair and eyes, and regular powers. The boy had normal friends, and went to the academy with them. Of course, he was a good ninja, but far from the top of his class.
He attended the Ninja Academy of a village called Chigakure, Village Hidden in Blood. It was a newly formed village, in the newly formed Land of Tears. It had split from the Land of Fire during a third war between Sound, Cloud, and Leaf. The shinobi of the new country wanted nothing to do with the war, and that being the case, split and became indifferent.
During the war, Chigakure became a safe haven for those abandoned by their village, and was known for it's unused military power. Most thought this to be very foolish, but the real truth is that not using military force is far wiser than any other tactic. Having not offended any villages by participating in war, Chigakure remained relatively peaceful, save the occasional outbreak of an uncontrolled youth with a powerful bloodline. Many people lived here, escaping from the chaos of their old country. This boy was one such person.
The boy was born in Konohagakure, Village Hidden In The Leaf. However, when Sound and Cloud invaded, his family was killed, and he was left abandoned on the outskirts of the battlefield. At this time, it would be worthy to note that all his friends were killed during the invasion.
The boy made his way to Chigakure. The journey took him 8 Months, and he survived by hunting and gathering food from nearby foliage. He had a collapsing tent he stole from the Military Supply Closet during the confusion of the war in which he lived in, and also had stolen a map of the world, so he could find his way around.
When he finally arrived, an young couple found him collapsed in the snow outside their warm hut with a high fever and coughing up blood. They cared for him before a doctor arrived. He was diagnosed with Akatei Disease, a rare disease that caused the user to develop a high fever and cough up large amounts of blood if they did not take a special concoction every several hours. The doctor fixed a temporary cure for him, and he lived with the couple for 4 months before enrolling in the academy. He kept his name a secret, so the couple called him Gin Ashi, Silver Foot, because of the speed the medicine granted him. And this is where the past ends and we convert into the near future.........
