The answer: yes! I will have to retrieve the hard disk that holds my website and set things up until I get another PC set up for a more permanent server, specifically the revamped Inspiron 8100. *This was the computer I had problems with earlier; mentioned on the first Journal entry.* I recently installed SuseLinux 10.2: KDE on it, and it runs pretty smoothly so far. I will experiment on the newly installed OS first, as I am used to the v10.1 Gnome system (Enigma for the win!), then I will decide to set it up.
Now to play some MIDIs on the Dimension! mrgreen
