A watermelon hat? Now, this would be a cute little item for the summer festival, but it blows as a "100k users online" reward. How do the two connect at all? They don't, and that's why the item sucks.

I mostly agree~ I saw ModAss say it was summery -cause- we hit 100k during the water festival, I think that's just a lame excuse though. :<

I figured that's what the excuse would be. It wasn't that 100k users online was hit during the event, but because the date was set by the administration. It's obvious there wasn't any special item created and they never had the intentions of making one.
