I just want to leave. Go somewhere quiet and lonely, where love, friends, expectations, school, work, people don't exist. Just me and the world, the animals, the rivers and lakes, the trees and their leaves, the sky.

I want to wake up and see naught but the soft cover of green light cast by the treetops. Maybe even run freely around the woods, feeling the faint breeze that my body makes as I push against the air. In the afternoon, I'd bathe in the clearest lake I'd ever seen and play with the fishes, tickling my toes with their fins. The land would provide me and I would provide the land with a runaway boy, a lost boy, safekeeper of the secrets whispered by Mother Nature.
