“My names Neil o.k?”
Antonio paused a minute looking at the clear blue sky and said “sorry, you just remind me so much of your parents before they crashed.”
Yes Neil remembered it so clearly. He was just 5 at the time but he remembered the cold crackling voice over the plane intercom saying “attention fliers we’re experiencing difficulties with the engine please buckle up and hang on tight while we make an emergence landing.” His parents didn’t make it in the crash but Neil had made it out with a 2nd degree burn and a mild scar. After they had crashed Neil took care of the mansion and other things.
Neil said in a soft voice “can you please just get me my milk, and leave me alone for a while. So Antonio just left wile Neil sat there quietly thinking about the crash and thinking of how he really didn’t know his parents, wondering if they actually escaped when they went to talk to the captain.
A few minutes later Antonio came in with a warm glass of milk and toast and said “your father always had toast with a warm glass of milk and I know how much you’re like your father so I brought you the same thing” then Antonio had commented “I know you miss your parents but you can get through your strong so keep your head held high they might of survived you know.”
“Yah, you know best, but I just want to be by myself.” Looking at his young friend with small hazel eyes he just left.
After Antonio left Neil picked up a picture and with a small tear said, “Mom, dad I wish you knew how I miss you so.”*thats a bit more then a sneekpeek but o well u all get the idea
