i'm trying to give up
try to forget
but i'm telling myself
not to regret.
i used to want this
i wanted it all
i said it with dignity
and stood up tall.
but i've bin thinking
if it was all a mistake
that being with you
was a step i shood make.
so now i sit here with a
pen in mi rite hand
