Okay, today was crap on me. o_o My feet hurt so much right now, you would not believe. Being the closing checker...sucks sometimes. We had constant people up until about 20 minutes before we closed. Because the Blackberry festival was yesterday, today and is tomorrow. There was a cruise, which goes with the festival, and a whole bunch of people drive around in classic cars/trucks and so forth. The cruise lasts from 7pm to 10pm (the store that I work in closes at 11pm btw.)
And, not only that, the people in the cruise would lap around in the parking lot of the store. Some people in the cars would throw candy, so they would come in and buy bulk candy.
Then, after the cruise there was a dance that was going to last until 11. @_@
Thankfully I didn't close with the retarded manager, but, I, instead, closed with the one that likes everyone to chip in and get out on time! :3! <3 I like him. So I had an extra checker until about 10:15pm until I sent him off to help the manager do whatever. I was, by then, done cleaning all the other check stands up, the other four of them and part of the way done stocking the bags for in the morning. We got everything done and I was out of there by 11:20pm! :3
If I had closed with my retarded manager..we'd not have been out of there until 11:45 pm. <_< Or later...
