Why of course. Havn't you seen my pofile, were it says last updated on or whatever. It changes like every time I update / change something anywere in my profile. and well I have no clue why I added that but I guess It'll show users how active I am on Gaia Online whee
I useually update everything at least once a day but since I'm on all day I'm constantly doing things like say for instance I just earned some Gaian Gold I'll go change my quest item every time I earn around 100-500gg. It helps to keep people comming back to see more. If they know that your never active why would they want to come back and I'm also constantly changeing things like the disign of my profile and stuff. I edited most of it. Took a layout and changed some background images like my banner which I absolutely love heart heart !
