Emotions are our instectual reaction to a situation, but as they are instincs, when unchellened, they can exploed into problems, anger leads to destroction, grief can madden even the purest, happenes can bring greed, and these are just a few emotions, the only way to safly reales them is to channel them, and the only way to do that requers knolege of there perpus, so here they are as I see.
anger makes you fight agenst a danger to your helf, saddness is a plea for sepeph so canning it is pointless, happenes is the motivation to do what is good for your helth.
