Harry Potter is on it's way! Mum is flying in tonight to spend some time with Grandma, and she's bring it with her, so I get to read a whole week before I'd thought to.

It's pouring with rain for my friends birthday party--I hope she's okay with that. Forecast is thunder, that'll be great. I think I'm going to put my hair in pigtails, and I know I'm going to put my eyes in and probably wear mascara as well. I know it's her show, but I feel like having fun. I've been playing it less girly for the last little while and I want to have some fun tonight.
I just hope things are okay. She got a boyfriend recently (as if I'm writing about this and I'm twenty) and she's been acting weirdly. I thought it was guilt and reacting oddly to my being upset with her for missing my show, but I've forgiven her mostly and and moved on, and she's still being all weird and abrupt online. It'll probably be fine.

Been watching some Gilmore Girls on tvlinks. It's the weirdest thing. Jared Padelecki looks the same (though obviously considerably younger), but he sounds completely different. It make my brain hurt. Fortunately I'm not having any difficult reconciling the characters--they are so different, it's not a issue. I thought it might be hard to deal with. He must have snickered when he found character names for Supernatural, though. Man. Heehee.
How is it that he sounds different though? It must be a conscious choice---but for which show?
