What?
My First Journal
I'm not sure how this thing works, but I'll figure it out somehow. I don't really like journals, but someone asked me to so I did it.

Ok, so this is my first journal. First off I'll just say that this year was an ok year. I've been training hard to beef myself up, so far it's working since I gained an extra 5lbs of muscle. I just mainly want to gain some muscle before I work on my speed. My flexibility isn't that great, I need someone to help me with that. I run every day, or at least I try to. 3 miles is the most I can do, but I should push myself. Doing sprints hurt, but I've seen a significant change in both my leg power and overall agility. I can do a handstand now pretty easily and I could walk on my hands a bit. What's the point of that? Well, I mainly want to be able to control my body in all possible ways because they say once you could do that then your body is at it's very best.

My workout ruitine:
200 pushups (total, not all at once)
500 cross/sittups (all at once)
3 mile jog (under 30 minutes)
100 rabbit hops (total)
30 min stretching (total)
1 hour shadow kick/boxing

I tend to eat a lot of meat now. I don't know if it's the protein I'm craving or what not, but carbs I know I need. So I eat plenty of rice and pasta whenever I can. Tomorrow I'm going to rest because the day after I have a sparring session with a training buddy of mine. Damn, I also have to study for a test...
