I Finally figured out what the blue ******** is wrong with American comcis. Too many people rely on a few writers to control an entire universe, without enough communication. HOWEVER, that is just a small part of the problem. The other part is that there is WAY too much back story for a person to have to go a read. You can no longer give a kid a comic, and have them enjoy it. Now if a kid picks up an issue of superman he has to pick up twenty jsut to know what the hell is going on. So Here is my proposal. A HUGE a** RESET BUTTON. Total armageddon. Destroy BOTH marvel and Dc universes, and have some big ever loving god type being start them both over. No longer does a story arc last twelve issues, maybe four at the most. So we Hit thsi button and BAMM we wake up in 1930's metropolis with a guy in blue tights leaping over buildings in a single bound, and over in new york, a guy dresed in red and blue pajamas swings across teh sky line. Yes I knwo that the two characters are form totally different universes, but let's reset them both. Finally, another problem is the fact that american companies are SO protective of their properties, fans are afraid to do fan comics. BRING ON THE DOUJINSHIS!! Let's see a superman fan comic, or even a Nick Fury fan comic. JUST SOMETHING! okay, feel free to join my rant.
