If you haven't heard, Zachary Quinto aka ZQ aka Sylar aka Para's bb is tapped to be the new Mr. Spock in the upcoming Star Trek film that is due out Christmas time of next year.
Fear not Heroes faithful! Tim Kring has said they are re-working his shooting schedule so that he can shoot both Heroes and the film at the same time. Sylar isn't going anywhere. The official announcement is coming up this week at Comic-Con.
Also, the season two promotional images for Heroes have been released. Oddly enough the one character that is missing is DL. Does this mean he isn't coming back next season or is he the mysterious character that had his status demoted to recurring character? Issac is also gone but he was replaced with Sylar after all. kekeke ^___^
The gay cheerleader character has been scrapped as well. The actress received a starring role on ABC's Desperate Housewives and thus left the show. There is no current plan to bring the character back.
I am very excited for season two. While I watch tons of television, Heroes is one of the few shows that keeps my attention and has me sucked in so much. It helps to have my favorite actor on the show mind you but you know.
I have no idea how I'm going to watch Doctor Who when that starts again however. Hopefully the episodes show up on the web soon after they air in the UK. Just as fans across the pond have to wait for our American shows, we have to wait for their British ones.
Curious enough, the Doctor Who spinoff Torchwood is at Comic-Con. Does this mean Torchwood is going to start airing stateside? Or is it because Spike from Buffy is joining the cast? I honestly cannot say. I don't follow the Doctor Who circle at all and I am a very new fan to the series. I haven't finished all of season three yet either.
