She was the owner of a popular brothel when a necular bomb hit!! luckily she was in the valt counting her many many stacks of money. the radiation made her go abit....crazy. now she wonders the streets looking for her 'girls' to collect money from them. WATCH OUT she is known for beating random gaians yelling
