Held in a death grip that is unable to be escaped.

All your fears come crashing in and there's nothing you can do.

You close your eyes and count to ten and hope it all disappears.

One.... you begin to shake....

Two... You break out in a cold sweat.

Three... It feels like it will never end....

Four... Your eyes begin to swell with unshed tears of fear.

Five... Your heart begins to race, pounding out of control.

Six... You take a breath of air trying to fill your lungs but cant.

Seven... The pressure intensefies squeezing everything out of you.

Eight... You draw your knees up to your face and covers your eyes.

Nine... You block everything out of your mind.

Ten... You shout so loud trying to chase away the fear

Open your eyes and look around...

Let the tears fall in an unheard shout.

Cower down and loose control soon it all be over.

Hold on tight to your wrist as you rock back and forth.

Soon you feel everything ease around you.

Stand up and walk away before it all begins again.

Another painful attack of your mind.

Just hold your breath and count to ten. stressed stressed
