Neji's B-day~! Yeah, I know I suck at remembering these lately, but I remembered this one! 'Tis Neji's birthday today! And destiny dictated that I would remember his birthday months ago.... because it's DESTINY!!!!! scream xd (Can't you see how incredibly happy he is to be a year older today?!) xd But yes, Happy birthday to Hyuuga Neji!
