DONT SWALLOW IT THOUGH. you'll...DIE or something. i dont know, it says on the back you can use it as oral rinse but not to swallow it. So of course, me being me, i tried it!! and it was cool! but weird. and a little gross. it got all foamy and i freaked out and spat it all into the sink. but the foam kept...foaming!! so i kept spitting but it wasnt stopping! so i turned the faucet on frantically and swished water about four times before the foam quit foaming. man...it also kinda burned a little...
