The land of dreams and lullabies called out to her by name. She'd been lost wondering all day. With the few interruptions of a long nearly forgotten voice. He'd grown more a part of her again. She both hated and loved it. Her wings sat on the chair. No use pretending anymore. Innocence is meant to be broken. It's an excuse to feel something. To feel violated. To make one think someone should give a damn...they never do. It's usually only done so under pretense...only talk to me when you want something...She's forgotten her own words. The girl painted. Nowhere was I. She painted her face to seem flawless, and like a fine art. But it never worked. Cover-up only hides the problem not corrects it. It won't make a monster into a model. Beast into Beauty. They lie. What else is new? She felt the slow stab of apathy slip into her back. Gentle...but it hurt...little by little...until her pain was numb. Void of all emotion, void of all surrounding...Void of all identity. She was His. A child of this Christ like prodigy. Not Christ. But he would sacrifice the innocent no less. Not to say she was innocent but he had raped her of what she had had.
First nails your look, Second nails your skin, third nails your touch...you crucify me again...
