My life
This here will be my personal life I shall try to write in it every day.
~Work it out~
I've been slacking off in my training lately and I am just lazy to get back into it sadly enough. Until yesterday when my friend happaned to print on this work out schedul that is supposed to be quite a challenge. I never turn down a challenge so I took it home and looked it over......and I was just like wtf!?!?! Here is what it wanted me to do.
5 Minutes of Meditation(how am I suposed to know 5 minutes past when I can't open my eyes <.< wink
5 Minutes of Vizualization
5 Minutes of Stretching

100 sit ups
50 push ups
30 pull ups-
If you do not have access to a pull up bar do 100 push ups gonk
15 Three finger push ups(atleast I think thats what its called, well whatever it is called it hurts like hell crying )
100 Squats
1 mile jog


If that sounds bad, well then I guess I shouldn't tell you that you hafta do it all together nonstop....yeah sux. I actualy did get through this yesterday but I took like 30 second breaks between some of them cause like my body was gona give out wether I wanted it to or not. This is what I'm supposed to do for the first 3 week days, its diferent on weekends and it only gets harder in the 4th week. We'll see how long I last XD

Week 1

Monday: Complete
Thoughts: A lil sore in the morning but nothing I can't handle! *does backflip* (heh I wish)
Tuesday: Complete
Thoughts: Unable to pick myself off the ground...seriously I fell trying to get my dog and couldn't get back up XD
Wednesday Incomplete
Thoughts: I had talked to somone prior to the workout and was told I shuold take atleast 1 days rest before continuing with that program. Although I was able to lift weights to work on my arms since they weren't as sore as everything else
Thursday: Complete
Thoughts:Not much pain at all after this workout, I seem to be getting used to it ^^
Friday:Failed
ThoughtsGah! Spent way to much time playing on my xbox and next thing I knew, it was 3am and I had no desire to do the workout =.=
Saturday:Complete
ThoughtsWeekends only consist of 40 push ups and 20 squats so it was nothing

Week 2

Sunday:Complete
Thoughts:Nothing special happened sweatdrop

    Thats not bad at all easy compared to a 3 hour sparing session with a kick boxing champ
    Plus all the work outs which include speed balls (sounds funny huh) punching bags (of all types) full set of weight work outs including squat, bench, hangcling, dead lift, Romanian dead lift, incline ,decline ect ect ect
    Then 3 mile run (which blows cuz im not much of a runner)
    and then the diets blah and making weight for the boxing tournaments
