Hmmm... What to babble about first? Zen, cookies or doodles? whee

S'pose I'll put 'em in reverse order of importance ^.^ That way I end on a high note 3nodding Soo, about those cookies... Yesterday, and a bit of this morning, Cat and I made... 14? 16? Batches of cookies!! Why, you might ask? Because we like baking! Made a cherry pie too whee

Anyway, the real reason we made so many is that we planned on pawning them off on people <.< >.> I'm pretty sure I told most of you about dropping that gift off for Deb, (the lady we babysit for.. also a friend of the family ^.^ ) the wind chimes, vase of flowers and cookies? Well, when we got over there Deb was really excited about the flowers and had us stay while she opened the gift 3nodding That lead to polite conversation, which lead to John (the older boy, 9... Joe's 7) finding out Cat and I were there and glomping on whee Anyway, by the time we left, a good 2 hours or so... Both plates of cookies had been devoured o.o; and we got a whole bunch of complements on them, so when we got home Cat got the grand idea of baking them a whole huge set! And thus a day's work was born ^.^

A side note... they've been sitting in my kitchen ever since we made them... slowly dwindling in number whee and I very much doubt they'll make it over.

Doodles next? Mmm, I'll just bump them to the next entry, still have to change all the formats so they'll be small enough to fit on photobucket >.<

And Zen? Welll... I think I just might keep that memory to myself -^.^- I know, I know.. I get twitterpated far to easily for my own good, but it's certainly not a horrible way to stay happy whee
