My parents are trying to cheat me out of more than $500 that belongs to me. It ******** PISSES me off D:
A couple of years ago I visited China to see my relatives, and word was being spread that it was probably going to be my last visit there for a pretty long time, so I received quite a bit of gift money from everyone, around 4000 something yuan. At the time, my mother persuaded me to just save it till I came back to the US since there wasn't really anything I couldn't just ask my relatives for in China. Well we got back, I never spent the money, and now I want to get a $400 USD tablet.
My mother claims she doesn't remember me getting any money from anyone in China, and when I finally got her to remember, she told me it can't have been that much D: I mean, wtf? I have plenty of money right now, more than enough to purchase several tablets, but I wasn't planning on cutting into my other funds to buy it. More annoyingly, now my mother just ignores me or gives me the silent treatment anytime I bring it up. What the hell kind of childish attitude is that? I haven't asked them for anything in years. My parents are screwed up D:
Regardless, I'm too ******** determined to be deterred by my mother's ridiculousness. I'm getting that money out of them and I'm getting it soon, or heads are going to roll D:
