Well now, this is quite a turn. Finally, I can get myself to write in this journal again even though it's still quite early. ^^;;
We have a Science Modular (Section 2) GCSE exam tomorrow, so I've been preparing myself and banning myself from the laptop (slightly) for my revision. Today, like yesterday and Monday, I went to my science teacher's room because he put on revision sessions - except that unlike today, he placed it during lunchtimes. This time, it's after school. The time it took was further than we had planned, but I must say - I don't regret it one bit! Dr. BK kept on telling passing teachers about me being the only person in the year group who shows that she cares about the exams coming tomorrow.
What delighted me most was when Mrs. LW went in class today while Dr. BK and I was revising after school. She apologised for the intrusion but went on discussing with Dr. BK about.. whatever they were discussing. She noticed me there and asked what I was doing - Dr. BK immediately leapt to his chance and started to explain on how high his expectations are for me because I put so much effort coming to those revision sessions. It then became a real delight when Mrs. LW then replied to his statement:
"Didn't I tell you before that she's a pleasure to teach? I told you so since last year!"
Shocked me. Mrs. LW does love me as her student, but to think that they have been talking about me and praising me like that.. it's really an awesome feeling. At the end of the session, Dr. BK asked me a few questions which I answered correctly, and he said that I deserved "the best". I can see it in his eyes that he really wants me to A* this exam - I do so as well because with the previous one, I was only about two marks from getting it.
For my future, my pride, my parents and my teachers, I shall close this entry now, log off, perhaps eat my dinner and I shall revise, hoping that by this time tomorrow, my entry will portray my joy with how I did in the Science exam.
